We loved everything in the place..|Amazing restaurant food..|Amazing service special thanks to husam aldeen and omar..|The place is so nice and close to the main tourist areas..|Thank you backyard sapanca for making our vacation perfect..

Stayed for 3 nights for new years weekend. I loved the garden area and fireplace a lot. The staff was good. The breakfast was good too. For new years eve they served us dinner in our bungalow which was a great surprise. Things that weren't so great: water pressure was low and it took a very long time to get hot. And water spills all over the floor when you shower because there is no door. Could not use the jacuzzi because the tub could not fill fast enough before the water got cold. Just not a good bathroom. Second, the stairs are very steep and if you are wearing slippers, you could easily fall on them (I did fall down them). Just something to keep in mind if you have young children or adults who are unstable. Last, there were several stains and burn holes in the sofa area. Not very appealing while trying to relax. Could be cleaned or repaired very easily.

A very beautiful place, hospitality and excellent service. The owner of the resort is very helpful and all the staff are wonderful, especially Hossam. The villa facilities are excellent, such as the swimming pool, and we were provided with a car with a driver and delicious breakfast, the massage was amazing I recommend the place to relax and spend some time with family.

The location was good and cozy but i was hoping for the pool but it turn out that not all cottage have pool some only have garden which wasn't clear when we make our reservation and we asked to change they did not offer us to change the cottage One thing the bathroom wasn't clean and there was leaking overall i wish they took more care about cleaning

Amazing place. Away from all the city hassle in Istanbul . I spent two nights there recently with my small family and we enjoyed every moment. The heated pool, the sound of the birds in the early morning were perfect. The breakfast was perfect and I liked that you can have it in your room with no extra fee. The staff were friendly and smiling all the time with no exceptions. The only thing I might mention is the wooden floor in the upper room was broken and a bit dangerous to walk over it. The other thing is the bugs inside the bangalow but, lets be realistic, you are staying in a bangalow in the middle of the nature. So that is expected and difficult to avoid so, I shouldn’t complain about that. I will definitely come back again to this wonderful place. (Big thanks to the staff)

Amazing tiny houses with thermal pools, excellent nature, bird sounds, clean air, sound of silence, very romantic place. Very thankful all staff especially Ahmet Chef the restaurant manager.

If you need a getaway from city and have fun with your children it is the bestway to do it. The bungalows are new ,clean and the breakfast is excellent . You can ride atv motors to the river and have fun on the playground area which is so close and have a cup of coffee afterwards.

Good place for a short getaway, to have some fresh air, enjoy nature and spoil yourself with a massage and swimming pool, Foods are great, the staff is very kind and helpful specially Mr. Hussam aldin, the owner of the place is super kind and taking care of the guests, recommended 👍🏻
